I am a career coach with 15+ years of experience in the corporate world, where I performed various functions in different companies, industries, and countries. After going through a burnout, I did a deep dive into myself to discover who I am - my values, passions, and natural talents. I faced some fears, reframed my limiting beliefs, overcame my perfectionism and the need for external approval, and made a career change (which started during my maternity leave). I now help professionals who feel stuck and demotivated at their current jobs find a job with more purpose and aligned with who they truly are. I am originally from Brazil, living in the Netherlands since Oct 2016. Toffer coaching sessions in English, Portuguese and Spanish. I hold a coaching and a MBTI certification.
